A tablet with a lower case L on one side and the number 51 on the other is manufactured by Aurobindo Pharma and they list it as containing 20mgs of Pantoprazole.

The FDA classifies this medication as being a proton pump inhibitor, which reduces the amount of acid produced by the stomach to treat or prevent conditions, such as heartburn, GERD, ulcers and gastritis. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, stomach pain and flatulence.
