Is the marking possibly APO TI-4? Can you please double check?

If so, these tablets are manufactured by Apotex Corp and they list them as containing 4mgs of Tizanidine.

The FDA classifies Tizanidine as a muscle relaxant that is used to treat the pain associated with strains, sprains and spasms. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth.
