White Pill M | 20

That's just a line between M and 20, not a 1 (one). On the other side is either two cursive L's or J's, depending on what way you turn the pill. Are these Member Mark brand 500 MG acetaminophen from Sam's?

This tablet is manufactured by ESI Lederle Generics and they list it as containing 750mgs of Methocarbamol, which is a muscle relaxant that is only available by prescription.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth.
