I got these from my friend for pain until I get to see my pcp. Really would like to know what this is because it works.

Based on my research the white oval pill you're describing is identified as a 4mg Tizanidine hydrochloride tablet, which is mainly marketed as a skeletal muscle relaxant for treating muscle spasms, but happens to have a few other off-label uses as well.

For verification, it's also reported to be manufactured by Par Pharmaceuticals.

This is a bad idea you should never
Take medicine prescribed to someone else even if you have same symptoms .
There are many factors a doctor has to take ineffect to give you medicine. Other meds or over the counter, age, weight,
