do the Ibuprofen IP 466 and the Ibuprofen I8 have the same exact inactive ingredients? I have gotten muscle pain and headaches with the I8 and never got them with the IP466 I thought maybe something was different in the inactive ingredients. can you please help me

As long as they are using ones from the FFA approved list, none of them have to be the same from one manufacturer to the other, so yes, it could be the in actives that are causing your problem.
Headaches can also be side effects of NSAIDs, though most people take them to treat headaches.
Other side effects may include nausea, dizziness and stomach irritation.
