This a333 is generic for percocet and CVS is dispensing them, OXYCODONE 10/3.25 is what they are.

This is where the "It's a mental thing comes in." Activas bought Watson and is using the exact same formulary to make the A33's. The chemical makeup is the exact formula. I've done quite a bit of research to discover and provide this info. I encourage you to do a simple Google search. Thank you for reading and I wish you well in your pain relief.

Hi Marcy, I agree with you and who ever did say it was withdrawals in totally wrong. You would not be that deathly ill or for that long of a time if it were just withdrawals - plain and simple it is the actacrap that is out there. It is making everyone sick to their stomach and feel like they wanted to die.You mentioned you now get your refills at Walmart but which manufacturer are they dispensing. How are they working for you as far as pain control? I am now taking Qualitest percocet it is working okay and vicodin for break thrugh pain and seem to be having more pain free days than bad days with this combination. Hope everyone is finally finding something that controls your pain to a manageable level without too many side effects.

I posted a while ago as to how horrible these pills were and caused severe cramping and burning in my stomach. Someone replied saying it was withdrawls. There is no way i had withdrawls for an entire month. I have not gotten a refill at CVS since and i have been perfectly fine. Wal-Mart is where i go! CVS perocet r garbadge

Watson and Activus merged and since both companies were making Precs, they decided to go with the A333. They are absolutely terrible. You can call the National Drug Administration and file a complaint, (which is what I'm about to do) and let them know how this particular pill doesn't stand up to what you were getting. Its all in the fillers. Suppose to be 10mgs of pain medication and 325mgs of acetomen. and whatever else they put in there. I'm not sure whats going on but it sounds like a whole lot of other people are having the same problem. If you use CVS then wait til you see whats coming next, ha. They just gave me a yellow oblong with4829 stamped on it. Don't accept them, they're worse.

It is suppose to be generic Percocet but my son a doctor sayd that activis makes the pill and it is not as good as the 10/325 Percocet aand is not as good as the Watson so call geberic Percocet. any one that can ascertain that this is true.

No I sure don't. I live in Tennessee. Hopefully these pharmacies will realize that what they are giving people does not help and will change the brand that they are carrying b

The Walgreens where I live are still giving out the Watson brand. They are white round Percocet. I dunno why my pharmacy still has the Watson brand. Hopefully u guys can find them like I have. Just got my script filled yesterday for the 10/325 for 240 of them. I asked how long they would still have them and the pharmacist told me that he isn't aware of any changes to a new med. so I will keep my fingers crossed.

Rob.. Try a neighborhood pharmacy.. That's what I did.. I took all my meds & transferred from Walgreens.. Tell ur Dr. To write on script.. Endocet.. That's a different company. They work. But it's not in your head re: Actavis.. I was told too from Walgreens cust serv.. That they weren't making them as stronger NO MORE.. & YES.. Have a different ingredient.. I too got very sick.. Good Luck & God Bless..

I have not complained, nor have I wrote a post or ask my doc to change scripts. But I have had the bad luck of getting my script filled at cvs (I am dying from Cancer) and all that has been written here about this Actavis generic Percocet is indeed correct. There is a horrible difference, with horrible side affects. This is in no one's heads

Lola; I take the "Amneal" brand and they don't make me sleepy, but they are not as good as the "Watson" brand. Activas was garbage and I switched pharmacies. I didn't know I could request that my Dr. prescribe the Watson name specifically. What other forms of medication is there for chronic pain when surgery isn't an option? I'm not too up on the pharma scene and somewhat at the mercy of my Dr.

DuPain, you are not alone it is awful this activis acticrap is making so many people sick. Google "watson is now actavis what is up with this" and you will see over 500 pages of complaints. I started the thread back in Feb. of this year because I just like you got Actavis and it made me totally sick. You won't believe how many of us are suffering. I have tried so many different ones but have been on percodan by Watson they still make that for some reason and have not had the severe side effects from the others. I have tried Endocet and it made my too sleepy - tried Mallincrofdt and it didn't help my neck pain one bit and last but not least I got Amneal and it put me to sleep and made me feel weird all day. They are ALL crap now. The only good one was Watson in my opinion.

This Actavis is utter crap. Got my script filled to find they changed from Watson to Actavis. Never again. I will look for endocet next time.
Does your doctor have to write endocet on the script? I certainly don't want to get lumbered with that CRAPPY ACTAVIS. How can they supply a med that does not work and risk of unknown side effects.

I can no longer find the Watson brand Percocet in my area (Michigan). I am currently getting 10-325 from Rite Aid under the Pharm name "AMNEAL", any info for this supplier, anyone. I suffer from advanced cervical and lumbar disc degeneration and really don't want to go through surgery at my age, so it looks like pills is the immediate answer for now.

Marcy... Try to find a store.. That has Endocet... Call your insurance co...let them know.. See if your Dr.. Can write a new script for hydrocodone.. Until your next appt... I did.. When I first got them.. Walgreens did not want the pills back & neither did my Dr.. But I told my Dr.. About everyone's complaints.. I too thought it was me.. So Again.. Try to see if u could get Endocet.. The MFG name is Endo pharmaceutical .. Good Luck.. & God Bless

For the people complaining.. It's like any other perk 10, it's all in your guys head about anxiety causing or your withdrawing from them. They work well for me.

Today is Thursday 4 days from my last post. My doctor will not write me again for 30 days. Thats not why i am writing. I was up all night with a burning sensation in my stomach that was horrific. Ive been on the toilet all night and day. Finally i threw up and i could taste that bitter taste of medicine. Im feeling a litter better, sick, wise but I can barely walk or even write this message, im in so much pain. Good thing ive got"key swipe" on my phone.
