Is the marking IP 190 with 500 on the opposite side?

If so, Akyma Pharmaceuticals lists this tablet as containing 500mgs of Naproxen, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.
