White Oblong Pill No Scoring Just A Vp50 With Nothing On The Back

I found this in my couch at home while a Cleaning, I have four little ones at home and wasn't sure if it was a generic Tylenol or something else? Everywhere I search there are no results, any help appreciated

Hi Ash,

According to your description, the closest match I could find was a white oblong shaped pill marked with VP 120 on one side and blank on the other. It's reportedly identified as a Sulfamethoxazole (800mg) + Trimethoprim (160mg) DS tablet, used for treating a variety of bacterial infections.

I realize the imprint isn't spot on, but because they are very similar, I have a strong feeling that they could be made by the same manufacturer (Vista Pharmaceuticals). Perhaps you can try contacting them directly for more specific details on whether VP 50 is something they make. The phone number/extension to reach them at is listed on their website as 973-736-1952; based out of West Orange, NJ.

On one last note, I also came across another manufacturer by the name of Versa Pharm Inc, who is known to have a "VP" marking on their tablets as well.
