looks like OTC tylenol but has no markings or imprints

If there is no imprint, it is going to be very difficult to narrow down what this is.

We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription medication, since they all must have markings to enable their identification.

However, it could be an over the counter item or even a foreign medication.

Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere?

i found a white rather thick white oblong pill with no markings on either side. it is smooth. I was just wondering what it could be.
