The one with the red specs is a Narcotic Pain medicine. ....it's just a version of Vicodin with less acetaminophen. But the one without red specs is just generic Excederin Migraine. If you found Vicodin around your home and no one has a prescription for it then they most likely bought it illegally off a friend etc. It's only 5mg but if you have kids you might want to look into that.
