Were you referring to the tablet with the L 484 marking?

If so, yes, it is manufactured by the Kroger Company and they list it as containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen. It is sold in various stores as a generic or store brand of Tylenol.

The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness and headache.
