Without the complete imprint, figuring out what this is is purely guesswork.

Neither the shape, color, nor numbers are proprietary and therefore, not enough to enable us to positively identify it.

It is the entire imprint that enables us to do so, coupled with the other information.

There are several pills that meet this general description with the number 22 on them, usually with additional numbers and/or a logo of some type.

For instance, a white online, scored with a V on on side and the letters 2266 on the other would be Baclofen, which is a muscle relaxant.
