Was told that it was a generic hydrocodone 10/325 - any ideas as to who makes it?

Yes different brands do effect people different! And if you've had a certain kind like the yellow Watson tens and are now getting the ip's because they no longer make them or just not in your area they are not the same different companies make them different ways and do effect some people different because they are a different company and make them with different ingredients so there for they effect you differently so anybody who says they are the same they have no clue. Cause nobody really knows what else is in them except the manufacturer and really they can say what they want but obviously we know the main ingredients tylonal opioids weather it be vicodin or Percocet. So for those of you who know what works for you and what doesn't and what upsets your stomach or whatever the case may be it's because all pills vary from manufacturers. So don't let anybody tell you there the same cause there not

Your completely nuts if you think hydrocodone is different just because of the amount of Tylenol in them they are the same pill its all in your head hydrocodone is hydrocodone been taking both Lortabs and Norco's for over 10 years as someone suggested take a small break from them and they will begin to work I have to take 30 days off from time to time to make sure I don't have to take so many since I have been on them for years!

I just got some of the 176 hydro/acep for tooth pain. I've taken these in the past for degenerated disc dis. herniated and bulging discs. I've increased to stronger meds but these hydro/acep don't do much for the tooth pain but seems TO BE GIVING ME HEADACHES. this never happened before with the other brands.

ju st got a pres.10/325 Norco at target always before they had guiltiest I walk out with caraco pharm. been on Norco for ten years. I have never been so sick its like going though withdraws never get CARACOS target didn't care tried to tell me its n your head .

Yes the 176 is not made by Norco its corocain?, It does not at all by dosage what the Norco 376 is prescribed for. Have to take more of. Is one company making them not as strong, but still printing 10/325 on prescription?

Well I've been on hydrocodone pills for about 10 yrs now. Taking anything like 7.5 and 10s, these days I'm taking at least 15-20 a day when I can, depends how much pain I'm in. I wish I could try to take a couple weeks or even a month off from taking them so I could lower my tolerance. But I'm afraid I can't, not only I'll be in so much pain, I would be s***ting all over myself from being off of them that second or third day. My stomach stayed messed up for 2 and a half weeks every single day until I couldn't take it anymore. My ass was burning, everything I've ate went straight through me. I had to be sitting on the toilet while I eat.... to hell with that. Poops blocks pain, but it also blocks the signal for your bowel movement and slows everything down, opioids will have you constipated, if you takem every day, your gonna be s***ting bricks until you get off them for awhile. But it's very hard to do when you're in pain, it sucks. Well that's my true story, maybe some of y'all are going through the same as I am. Thanks for reading lol.

I got sick too. The white Caracos suck. I finally went cold turkey over the past few weeks. They got their way. Squeezed me out. I'm taking Tramadol. But hope to be done for good. What a nightmare.

This is my first prescription of Caraco and I've had horrible acne this month and they don't seem to work at all!!!!! I have a herniated disc and a degenerated disc right above it. Been on it for a couple years and the Qualitest have always work. Now that Target is CVS owned, they changed manufactures and this Caraco SUCKS!!!!!!

Pablo, it's "Timbuktu" not "Ten Buck To". Sometimes it can be spelled "Timbuktoo", "Timbuctoo" or even "Tinbuktu". It's a city in Africa that is said to be the remotest place on earth. Which is where the expression comes from. (Sorry, I'm a spelling Nazi )

Tramadol withdrawal is worse than Norco. FYI. I'm back on Norco. I'm going to check into treatment once my medical insurance becomes effective. I've had it with f***ing pain killers.

Pablo is right! It is what it is. I had my Dr change me to Oxycontin a year ago because of taking 750/750 for so many yrs and the Tylenol is so bad at that level when you take three at a time. I am now on 60mg of time released Oxycontin 2 times a day and 10/325 Vicodin 3 times a day. I will be on pain medicine for the remainder of my life so I needeed to take the aspiren out due to the damage it will do to my liver. I have shingles everyday and have breakouts every week and sometimes more than ten breakouts at the same time...to work full time with this pain and wearing clothing being so painful I will always be on meds. I may have to rehab at sometime because I'm so afraid of addiction and would assume my body is already addiccted to the Oxycontin. Its a catch 22. I want to live a normal life but I cannot do that being in that much pain. I've gotten off subject..generics have the same strength as non generic, so save your money and get the generic you are not cheating yourself out of anything....!

Just curious how you can take 30 days off after taking them for years? Doesn't your body go into withdrawal? I have cancer and been on them for 6 months. I'm having to taper off. I couldn't just stop. I got very sick. I've taken many generic forms of the 10/325 and they all worked the same

Somedays my body doesn't react like others and the pill makes my pain worst. I though maybe raining vs dry, but no just plain and simple, your body after long term just doesn't get that edge. I spoke with some people that abuse it and they said it's your body asking for more. Well don't go there and get off these thing ASAP. If you're ever in a say "wreck" and was hurt bad, they can't do anything for your pain. Anestia and Morphine is like water to your system.

I went to Target Pharmacy in SoCal to fill my Norco 10/325 as usual and was told that they no longer carry the Qualitest yellow brand. They gave me the white pill marked with 176 instead. These suck. Where do I get my prescription filled for the yellows now? Awful pharmaceutical conpanies messing with the formulas. I hate it. Having my scripts filled is altogether a huge process as the pharmacies won't tell you they have this medicine in stock over the phone. I was told that I'm going to called out by the DEA if I continue to have my scripts filled at various Target stores. How stupid!! Wtf does that mean??

Poppy, you must tell your Dr how sick these make you! Hopefully she'll write for the brand name or find another pharmacy still stocking the generic you're used to taking. A nurse at the drs office should be able to help you find a pharmacy with your usual ingredients. Good luck!

I am trying to find a product which will make the pain go away without adding new pain. I feel as well, the yellow norco was working better but as the tolerance builds the Meds seems to do less for pain. I thought j was a worse medication to get started on? Percocet, oxycontin, darvocet and all in that class were so much stronger of a narcotic that best to stay away from? I do know Tylenol is a waste in serious chronic pain which it seems is the problem all over this site, so I'm trying to educate myself in finding something that can give better pain management with the least amount of pain and without the risk of having to go on a rehab to either get the effect of controlling pain back or due to taking too much because of lack of control. Please help. Thank you. May you all suffer less.

I agree, the yellows are the same as any other 10 , the only difference I've had is the yellows cost more on the streets, due to this being widely believed

Best thing you can do is get off PILLS to make you feel better. When you get to a place to analyze the band width of the strength of a drug, your also counting pills and looking at your watch. So that's called living for the PILL. Look for another way and if you are really military, thanks for your service, the service that put you here. Get up soldier, you are not relived of duty.
