UpdatedI found a white oblong pill imprinted with bh on one side and blank on the other side, what is it?

Hi Alexi,
I haven't found an exact match to your pill, but I did come across a couple other pills with a very similar marking that could possibly be related.
These pills had imprints of "BH 8" and "B8"; each of them being identified as Betahistine (an antivertigo drug).
Their markings make me wonder if they could even be from the same manufacturer.
Do you have any other clues about the type of medication it might be, based on where you picked it up at?
