This tablet is manufactured by Teva Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 15mgs of Buspirone, which is used to help treat and prevent anxiety.

It can cause some drowsiness as a side effect, but will not actually help treat insomnia. Other side effects, as listed by the FDA, may possibly include nausea, dizziness and dry mouth.
