Apparently there is a book called "Miracle from the Vault" (by the Health Sciences Institute) that's supposed to tell you what it is and where you can get it at. I for one haven't come across any specific details regarding H-86 outside of what some users have been posting here on the site. So far everything from wheat germ to weight loss, or diabetes have been mentioned, so unfortunately it's hard to say what's real and what isn't.
