Neurobion Forte is just a nutritional supplement that contains a complex of B vitamins. While that brand name isn't available everywhere, what you'd want to look for would be another B complex supplement. Any pharmacist should be able to help you find one that is suitable.

Potent B vitamin supplements can sometimes cause nausea, and diarrhea, in some people that take them.
