I've been on 10/325 hydroco/acetamin for 11 months. I've slowly weened myself off of them but feel awful. Major panic attaches and severe headaches. How long will this remain in my system and how long is the withdrawl period? My whole neck and shoulders are so stressed and leaving me in great pain. Any suggestions on how to relieve the stress in my neck and shoulders? Please help.

Hello, Carol! How are you doing? I'm sorry about the way you're feeling.
How long have you been off of them, now? It sounds like you might not have properly weaned down on them, since it sounds like you're having rebound symptoms.
This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
