HI, Beverly! How are you?

There are many symptoms that can be associated with a Vitamin D deficiency, such as aches, pains, tiredness and others. Only your doctor can really determine it for sure, via blood work.

Too much of it can also cause some problems, though you'd really have to be taking a lot to hit that point, but it's always best to have it checked to see if you actually need it, or not, before doing so.

Is there anything else I can help with?
