Zerodol contains the active ingredient Aceclofenac, which the FDA classifies as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory. It's most commonly used to treat pain, fever and swelling.
Typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.
It sounds like she may have a virus and, if that is the case, the only thing you can really do is wait it out.
However, if the vomiting is severe, her doctor should be consulted again, because they should be able to prescribe something to help with the nausea.
