She got into my purse and cut one open and said she couldn't get it to come out of her mouth. It's 8mg/2mg suboxone film. What can i do to help get it out of her system? I'm not sure if she swallowed the whole film or not as I didn't see it anywhere in the house.

First things first, if it were my child, I'd call poison control immediately at 1-800-222-1222.
Secondly, I'd probably contact the prescribing doctor and/or a local pharmacist for advice on how to safely detox the child (re: activated charcoal, dandelion root, etc?) - if poison control didn't already provide appropriate information on what to do next...
Thirdly, make sure your pharmaceuticals are out of reach from anyone other than yourself; even if it means getting a safe. Fatal overdoses have been known to happen as a result of similar mishaps...
