What Strength Of Tylenol W Codeine Is Equivalent To 10mg Norco

What is the equivalent of norco 10 mg to Tylenol W codeine, is it a #3 or #4 ?

Hi brian,

I'd recommend double checking this with your doctor first just to make sure it's accurate, but according various opiate conversion charts I viewed online, 10mgs of Hydrocodone has an estimated equivalency to about 60mgs of Codeine. And in that respect Norco 10/325 should be similar to Tylenol #4; which has 60mgs of Codeine + 325mgs of Acetaminophen.

Does anyone else find this to be true based on personal experience?
