This is Tramadol 50mgs, a generic for Ultram.
This is classified as a narcotic, however it was derived from a sythetic one in a failed attempt to reduce addiction and side effects.
Thus they have a medication that acts like a basic anti-inflammatory, but carries the same side effects and addictive potential as an opiate.
