Is the marking possibly U 169?

There is a tablet that matches this description that is manufactured by Unichem Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 4mgs of Tizanidine.

This is a muscle relaxant and the FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth.
