I am a diabetic patient. I used to feel severe pain in left leg toe .now I feel that portion senseless also pain Below the knee. My blood sugar level fasting 186 , pp 296 . Pl advise what should be done .I am taking insulin once before dinner

i have pain in my left leg, starting from the pelvis down to foot ankle, while walking. There is no pain while sitting or keeping the legs high or lying down. I am pre diabetic .
