Hi what is a white round pill with 40 on one side and it's blank on the other side larger than an aspirin?

Hello, Belinda! How are you?

The tablet with the 4009 V on it is manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 2mgs of Lorazepam. The FDA classifies this medication as a benzodiazepine that is most commonly used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders. It carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability.

As to the larger white tablet with the 40 on it, I believe that may be the one manufactured by Accord Healthcare, which contains 40mgs of Lisinopril. Its an ACE inhibitor that's used to help treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach pain and hypotension.

Is there anything else I can help with?
