Hi if i take anxit 0.5 mg 1 tablet in night how long i can sleep.

This medication contains the active ingredient Alprazolam, which is a benzodiazepine that is most commonly used to anxiety, and nervous disorders.

The NIH warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as dizziness, headache, drowsiness, irritability, and nausea.

As to how long you can sleep, that can vary from person to person, so there is no definitive answer that anyone can give you!
