Found a match it's Ibuprofen 800 mg, which is used for relief of symptoms of arthritis, primary dysmenorrhea, fever, and as an analgesic, especially where there is an inflammatory component.

What is this pill I found? small, square pill one side says 10 one side says B P . With a line separating the B and the P. The side with 10 is flat.
