What Is Stronger Than Oxycodone 10 325

I've taken gabapentin, norco, and then oxycodone. I was taken off the oxycodone recently because I was talking the max six pills a day and my pain was still unbearable. I have five bulging disc and a pinched nerve in my back. I have spinal stenosis. This has caused pain throughout my left side down to my feet. I'm also a diabetic with nerve damage. I'm scared to do multiple rounds of injections in my back. Is there anything I can take to help me at least get some rest. I had to quit my job because I can't sit or stand and the pain is too much

I truly know what you're going through because I have the identical back problems. My Dr put me on a combination of oxcycodone and oramorph which is morphine. Still in pain but it helps the pain more so than oxcycodone alone. I hope you feel better because you are not alone.
I have RSD and I take 80mg of OxyContin twice a day and oxycodone 15mg 4x a day and Gabapentin at bed
I am going to have back surgery on the 6th. I take Oxycodone 10-325 with Tylenol in it. I need to know what the next step up from Oxycodone and Percocet. I'm definitely going to need something stronger. I cannot take morphine it makes me itch terribly. So what else could I take that is stronger than any of these?
You need to tell your Dr. To try you on Oxycodone 15 mg 3X daily. I believe it will work for you. It did for me and we have similar issues. Good luck
I have found that oxycontin 60 mg works very well but it is very strong and you have to have a tolerance and records and the Dr. That is' my scared to prescribe it. Good luck! David
Please in prayer group, pain meds scare me but cannot tolerate much longer. Leg broke in 3 places just got home and already stressing
I feel your pain....no I don't anymore.
I am taking 2 ir 30mg every 4 hours and those keep me at a level I can walk and sit without discomfort. I have been taking this script for over 2 years without any side effects.
I wish you well with your pain.
True and internalist can rx. My dr. Does. I have been through pain management 3 and I CANNOT TAKE THE SHOTS! DDD, SPINALYDOSIS, SCOLOSIS, YOU NAME IT I HAVE IT.

I am allergic to ibuprofen and it puts me in the hospital if I take. I took Aleve when it came out and it put me in hospital also from allergic reaction. If you are truly allergic to ibuprofen you CAN'T take any NSAIDS or even aspirin.
Me too.I would like to join the prayer group
Would love to be in the prayer coversation
Hi sweetie,
I am so sorry you are going through this pain! That is the most important of all I hope and pray you have people around you, you can count on that care for you who can help you and who can just give you "emotional" support. OK...the pain....have you been to a "pain management specialist"? If you haven't, get a referral ASAP!
You may want to see if s/he will try you on pain patches, preferably fentanyl. I would only recommend them for the WORST possible pain. But if you are definitely in that pain, then these may be for you.
You will become "dependent" on them though. Please learn the difference between dependence and addiction, and teach others around you the difference as well.
I personally find that using some form of NSAIDS along with my narcs works so much better than just the narcs alone. Perhaps because I have an inflammatory disease. Perhaps because they both do different things. Either way, I do have to be careful, because I can only take Aleve, as I am allergic to Ibuprophen.
I personally use prayer as well. And I run a prayer list. It is not very big. Only about 150 people. The power of prayer is amazing. If you're interested in that or even if you're not, and you just have questions, or want to talk, you can reply to me on here. {edited for privacy}
I see a family doctor and he prescribes my meds. I am currently on oxycodone, tramadol, and muscle relaxers. Family doctors can prescribe pain meds you just have to sign an agreement with them
Hello, Cindy! How are you?
There are many other medications to choose from, including Oxycodone in higher doses, without the Acetaminophen. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
What type of doctor have you been seeing? A pain management specialists would be best and they are now the only ones that will be able to prescribe such medications.
What is your general location? Perhaps someone can suggest a good doctor in your area.
