Is it an off-white?
If so, from what I've found in the listings, it seems to be 15mgs of Meloxicam, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling.
Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation.
