This is probably a Fluoxetine (Prozac) capsule from a company in New Zealand called Pacific Pharmaceuticals. The purple side has symbol that looks like a Q if you look at it up-wise. The green side has FL 20 on it, for Fluox 20mg.

Mylan Pharmaceuticals lists 20mgs of Fluoxetine, which is a generic for Prozac, it an antidepressant, that is also used to treat anxiety.

The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, headache, dry mouth, mood changes, and weight loss.

Bear are you sure it's a Q, could it have been a G?
