Nurokind is actually just a nutritional supplement that contains Methylcobalamin, which is a form of vitamin B12. It's often give to people with nerve problems, because it can help support nerve function.
However, since it's a supplement and not a medication, it hasn't been tested for interactions with medications and none have been reported.
