Is this codeine. My uncle gave me a couple. Says it's "like" perocet
But I'm not easily convinced. Right now I'm suffering from a toothache and it's 11pm. I am about to take it regardless of whether I know that it's something for pain. Can you please verify that in the middle the small pill in the middle is codeine (?) And whether or not, I should take the whole 0397 pill (?) Or take the little pill in the middle or mix it with the little pill with 200mg of
ibuprofen (?) Thanks a lot!

This tablet is manufactured by Watson Laboratories and they list it as containing 50mgs of Diclofenac and 0.2mgs of Misoprostol, so it is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling.
The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and increased risk of bleeding.
