I hope you are feeling better than when you posted this message. From what I was able to find Danueron is simply a vitamin B supplement and neither of your symptoms are associated with this type of vitamin. The FDA reports that due to the potency of this vitamin you may experience some slight pain and nausea but nothing to the degree that you are describing. It is possible that you may be allergic to something in the tablets themselves and if you feel that's the case then you should discuss this with your doctor to ensure you aren't harming yourself by taking this medication. There are plenty of other Vitamin B supplements out there you can take in case you find out you're allergic to this one.
