What Is Caldikind Used For

i am a 20 year old boy...i am very thin and short...so one of my friend askd me to use this...hvnt started yet....plz suggest something for good good heapth and height rate...i want some fat...whenever i start to eat more...my stomach gets damaged...plz help me

The FDA classifies Caldikind as a vitamin D3 supplement. It really won't help you grow, or gain weight.

Since your 20, there isn't much chance of your growing much taller, since most men reach the end of their growth between ages 18 to 21. You'll most likely have to just get used to your current height.

And as to fat, that isn't good, it's actually dangerous to carry excess fat on your body.

How tall are you and how much do you weigh?
