not positive, i believe it is a form of flexeril a non narcotic muscle relaxer

The main active ingredient is cyclobenziprine(actual prescription from the doctor that is FDA approved)brand name flexiril.. i believewas the form you're talking about generally is from Mexico which they do not follow the same strict guidelines as the FDA. Always be careful with drugs from uncertain sources. Anyway it is non narcotic muscle relaxer usually administered for long term muscle pain relief as it is pretty mild. I've been on it for years and can stop taking it whenever and only notice the pain gets worse. No withdrawals..so id say no its not addictive and a pretty safe drug to relieve your pain..
