No, you cannot. This medication is listed as containing the steroid Betamethasone and the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory Indomethacin, both of which require a prescription in the U.S.

The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach irritation, nervousness, insomnia, elevated heart rate, elevated blood pressure and fluid retention.
