Hello, Tulu! How are you?
As explained by the NIH, some examples would be strep, MRSA, a dental infection, an ear infection, some STIs and more.
They are the only infections that can be effectively treated or prevented with antibiotics. Other types of infections that someone might get include viral, fungal and parasitic.
Is there anything else I can help with?
