I usually take my new dose at the same time every morning. The only thing is i made breakfast and couldn't remember if i took the 1st pill... so i took one later in the evening...around 9:44pm.

Hello, Joi! How are you? Did you experience any adverse effects?
As reported by the U.S. FDA, it could result in your blood pressure and heart rate dropping to dangerously low levels, which may be shown by symptoms, such as severe nausea, dizziness, headache, drowsiness and shallow breathing. An overdose could be fatal.

I did the same thing. I am 72 yrs old with no health issues accept hypertension. At once within 30 minutes I felt hot, very hot...then strange, like my lower extremities (legs and feet) became very heavy. I felt weak and my weight became unsteady, walking was awkward and I felt some numbness. So I laid down. Then I used the internet to figure out what to do. (My Dr. is only available via an e-mail terminal). I needed help right away. I took phenylephrine 2.5mg and drank a lot of water, more than 1 gallon in a 10 hour period. Today (the next day) I feel fine. If you can contact your Dr. ask them about phenylephrine, it is in some over the counter cough and allergy medicine.

Everyday i take every morning amlodipine besylate 10mg. But my blood pressure always 140 over 110. I'll try twice a day morning and 7 pm at night my blood pressure is 140 over 100.

My doc gave me Amlodipine 25mgs. I had not planned on using it and I already told her I wasn’t going to but I use HCTZ and I thought I pulled that out and took it but instead I ended up taking half of that I had not planned on using it and already told her I wasn’t going to but I use HCTZ and I thought I pulled that out and took it but instead I ended up taking half of a 25mgs of Amlodipine vs 12.5 HCTZ.
