The V is a manufacturer's logo and the 4212 lets someone research it to confirm what the tablets contain.

For instance, this one is manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 750mgs of Methocarbamol, which is a muscle relaxant.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth.
