It is oval and has G 3719. I would like to know if this is Xanax?

I read the message above. I know .25 seems really low, but please find a different way to handle the anxiety. I never knew all the information about xanax; the Memory loss, sleepiness, loss of motivation, as well as not caring about anthing, along with many other problems. The Addiction to it is aweful. You start with the .25 and gradually have to keep increasing it because your body always needs and wants more and more. BEFORE YOU BEGIN TAKING THIS DRUG, PLEASE READ WHAT PEOPLE HAVE TO SAY ABOUT IT AND THE WITHDRAWAL!!! I started out at a low dose also. I never knew that it would be a problem. I knew it worked to make me feel better, and it works quickly. In my case, I started low, my stress continued to get worse. One bad thing after another kept happening. ex. Mom diagnosed with lung cancer and dying, next financial issues, loss of my house, bankruptcy, and I could keep going on. In a short time I was at 5 mg. per day. I took it for 8 yrs at that high dose. What I thought was all of a sudden, turned out to be something that was gradually happening. Others could see it, but not me. Then I really started noticing it, I couldn't remember the easiest things, I had conversations and did not know it. I was talking to my husband and son, the next thing I knew I was telling them how something should be done, and they said "We just finished talking about that," I told them no, I was standing there the whole time. I thought they were teasing me, then realized they weren't. It was very scary. It all became so bad that I almost lost my job. I have been decreasing my dose over the past year, while trying to overcome all the deficits at my job. I am down to 1.5 mg per day. I did not do the cold turkey deal. I had many withdrawal symptoms and just dealt with them one at a time. Please read about withdrawal from xanax. You will be shocked what you will read, especially the people who were on low doses for a short time. PLEASE DO NOT DO IT. It helps for a moment now, but will be really horrible in the long run. Doctors prescribe this stuff like candy, and never tell anyone the whole deal. I didn't do my homework. I thought the doctor knew best. It wasn't until my doctor retired with no notice, that I found a real doctor who cared. First thing she asked me was "what is your biggest complaint," I told her my memory. She looked at all my records and told me it was the xanax. She gave me all kinds of medical documentation giving all the specifics. I asked her if it can cause alzheimers, and she said yes, and gave me more information on that. I began really reading about it. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I feel very lucky that I had to change doctor's, and found her. Without her knowledge, help, and support, I would not have my job right now. I cannot believe how different I feel and how different the world looks. People who know what was happening to me have said that they cannot believe the difference in me. I am beginning to be my old self. I'm still working to get off this drug completely and it's been a long ride so far, but I do not want anything to do with it. I hope this is helpful to you and anyone else that is either taking it or thinking of taking it. I can't tell you enough times, Please don't do it. It seems like any easy way, but it really isn't. What does the 1.0 alprazalon look like
I have blue oval a score on one side and an GG upper with 258 underneath it.
There are also round blue aprazolam which has the R on one side and a score on other side with the numbers 100 or 190 on other side of score. Are these 1.0 and how much are they worth? I get them from a rep pharmacy and one doctor prescribes. Are these worth more due to the shape?
