I used up all my friend's 5mg ritalin pills on a binge. They were tiny, white and rounded. Is there any OTC pill (preferably Tylenol) I can use so my roommate doesn't notice.

No, even the ones dispense in hospitals have markings on them. Tylenol 3 contains Acetaminophen and Codeine, it is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. It is available only by prescription and all manufactured prescription medications in the U.S. are require to have markings to enable their identification, in case of emergency, even in a hospital setting.
That said, that means it is an over the counter product and from the description, I agree with you on what it most likely contains, though I can't say with complete certainty.
