Hello, Jessy! How is your nephew doing?

He should return to his neurologist, treatment for this usually has to be highly individualized, there is no one thing that works for everyone.

Is he still taking the Sulpitac?

The FDA lists the typical side effects of Cogentin as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and blurred vision.

He may need a higher dose of it, or to combine with other treatment options.

Is there anything else I can help with?
