Can true colchecine be purchased in the U.S. any longer? I ordered from Canada and what I got is not colchecine.

What Paul has stated is correct. This medication is most commonly used to treat gout. The FDA warns that it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, drowsiness, and fluid retention.
