I take 300 MG wellbutrin but seems to confuse and disorient me. I am diabetic type 2 and take glimpsed 2 mg., Adderall and opana. Could these be confusing me?

Wellbutrin can cause that as a side effect in some people that take it, as reported by the FDA. Other side effects may include nausea, dizziness, nervousness and insomnia.
Most side effects are usually transient and will go away in time, once your body gets used to a medication, but that may take 3 to 4 weeks. However, it they worsen, or don't go away, it could be that it's not the right medication for you and you may have to try something else.
