Weight Gain Vitamins For Healthy Weight Gain

hi sooo.... Im 27, 5'11, 124 pounds. I want to be 140 I think that is still heathy and wont wear out my heart... The only thing is I'd like to do this using a vitiam or something natural. or maybe even building muscle. I'm not sure how to do this, but I do want to do it in a healthy manner. Or maybe gain a little at a time so once I get to a desirable size I can keep it there. I would like to start working out again but when I work out I get even smaller!!! I cant gain weight but I can sure loose it. Which isnt healthy either. I just want to gain a few extra pounds......HELP

Hi, Brandy! It could just be that your not meant to be heavier. Genetics plays a very large role in it. 124 is pretty tiny for your height, but if you're naturally small, you're just naturally small.

A vitamin will only change that if your being small is due to a deficiency in some vital nutrient, but if you eat a fairly healthy diet then it isn't likely to make a difference.

Have you consulted your doctor to see what they advise?
