found a pill imprinted with watson 3/43 - it is white, oblong and scored - what is it?

The pill in description is Verapamil HCl (80 mg).

It has been used in the treatment of hypertension, angina pectoris, cardiac arrhythmia, and most recently, cluster headaches.
