Water Pill Furosemide

I finished taking Furosemide pill about 3 weeks ago, but I'm still losing weight.
Is this normal or do I have another problem?
I have losted 24 lbs in 3 weeks

No, it isn't likely that the medication would still be causing it, if you've been off of it for 3 weeks, now. The FDA classifies it as a diuretic and lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach pain and dehydration.

Have you experienced any other symptoms, such as ongoing dizziness, difficulty urinating and muscle pain or cramping? You might be dehydrated.

Are you on a diet?

My husband receive an bypass last year July for the past 2 months his ankles and his legs are swelling. Dr. subscribe water tablets for the 1 month but there where no change I ask the dr what now so he subscribe another 3 months on the water tablets. After the bypass he also have an shake in his hands the hands are never still.
