Wanted Doctor To Treat My Conditions In Nh Ct 06513

I'm a 50 y.o who's has a peripheral linear tear on disc l3 and have 3 bulging disc who's been in pain management treatment since 2005 then in 2013 decided to try siboxone now I am viewed as a drug addict and no one will treat me I can't even walk or sleep can you help

Hello, Edwin! How are you? I'm very sorry about the problem that you're having.

If you went to an addiction treatment doctor, so that is in your medical records, then yes, it will complicate things. Most doctors are going to be reluctant to prescribe potent medications, if they do, they are going to be very closely watched by the government and will be held responsible, if you'd develop an addiction to anything. It doesn't matter if that's not why you were taking it, if that's what is in your records, that's what they have to look at.

Do you currently have a PCP that you see regularly? If so, they might be able to refer you to someone and let them know that you aren't an addict.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Can anyone recommend a good doctor in that area?
