Voveran 50 For Gall Bladder Pain

My mother is experiencing pain in the upper abdomen from the center to the right side. A recent ultrasound indicated gall bladder stone (0.9 cm) CHOLELIHIASIS. Historically she has been treated for CA ovarian and completed her last cycle of chemo in august 2013. We recently saw her oncologist after the ultrasound and he prescribed meftal spas and razo D in the mean time. I wanted to ask if we can safely give her voveran 50 mg for instant pain relief. Thanks.
